Services
Mopz Cleaning Services LLC provides residential cleaning services as requested by the client. Services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty cleaning tasks.
Booking and Payment

Booking:
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
- A booking confirmation will be provided via email.

Payment:
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.
- For cash and check payments, a receipt will be provided upon request.
- For recurring services, clients may opt for automatic billing through their preferred payment method.

Deposits:
- A deposit may be required for first-time clients or large jobs. The deposit amount and due date will be specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule an appointment with no penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
Service Guarantee
Mopz Cleaning Services LLC strives to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge.
Client Responsibilities

Access to Property:
- Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
- If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged.

Home Environment:
- Clients must ensure that the home environment is safe for our staff.
- Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to the appointment.

Pets:
- Clients must secure pets during the cleaning service to ensure the safety of both the pets and our staff.
Liability

Damages:
- Mopz Cleaning Services LLC is insured and bonded. We will take reasonable care while performing our services, but if any damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on items.

Breakage:
- In the event of breakage, Mopz Cleaning Services LLC will repair or replace the broken item, subject to the terms of our insurance policy.
Privacy
We value your privacy. Mopz Cleaning Services LLC will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Changes to Terms
Mopz Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Mopz Cleaning Services LLC operates.
